King of Prussia, PA – December 4, 2023 – People2.0, a global leader in employer of record (EOR) and agent of record (AOR) services, today announced the appointment of Lauren Dudley to the role of Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). A seasoned HR leader, Dudley brings over 14 years of experience in the field. This appointment underscores the company’s commitment to its people-first approach and the continued growth of the organization.
Dudley’s journey with People2.0 began in 2017 as Human Resources Director, before moving up the ranks to Vice President of Human Resources and then Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. Prior to joining People2.0, Dudley held various HR roles at UniTek Global Services and AlliedBarton Security Services. Her tireless advocacy for the company’s associates and strategic understanding of the business will be invaluable in her new position.

One of Dudley’s core responsibilities as CHRO is workforce planning and making sure the organization has the right people in the right roles. This includes everything from client service to sales to product/engineering. “Lauren has been a quick study on our business since joining and I have great faith that she will help ensure we are optimizing how we are deploying our talent,” said Levin.
