When you engage contractors you can either outsource all aspects of their employment to People 2.0, making us the legal employer (EOR), or you can ask us to simply manage the associated administration in partnership with you as a professional employer organisation (PEO) in a partnership model. While some of the services offered by an EOR and PEO provider may overlap, the employment models differ. PEO providers are co-employers, but an EOR becomes the full legal employer.
As an EOR, we take on legal responsibility and ensure regulatory compliance for the contractors you engage. We'll manage onboarding, payroll financing and processing, PI and PL insurances, and worker's compensation.
